What is B On Track?

B On Track is what you’ve been waiting for! It’s an add-on subscription service that notifies you via SMS and email whenever your payment has reached your Bondora account. Now you don’t have to worry and repeatedly log in to see if your money has reached your account. You can simply go on with your life and wait for the B On Track confirmation email and SMS. Being on track with your payments has never been this easy. And it costs only €1.99 per month.

B On Track can be used by any customer who has an active loan with Bondora. And it applies to all your existing and future loan agreements.

To start using B On Track, you just need to agree to the Terms and Conditions.

How much does B On Track cost?

B On Track costs just €1.99 per month. You can view this and other fees in more detail on the pricelist. Once you’ve signed up, the first month’s fee for B On Track will be added to your next loan repayment amount.

The fee for B On Track is added to the monthly repayment amount and is also charged during a principal payment holiday. The fee is deducted automatically from your Bondora account each month, on the same payment date as for your active loan agreement(s), according to your repayment schedule. Therefore, you must ensure there is enough money on your Bondora account to pay for B On Track as well as your monthly repayments.

Please note: Only one B On Track fee is added to monthly payments, regardless of the number of active loans. So, whether you have 1 active loan or 3 active loans—your monthly fee for using B On Track will always be just €1.99

How will I be notified with B On Track?

With B On Track activated, you’ll get SMS and email notifications whenever your payment has reached your Bondora account.

To use B On Track, you must ensure you keep your phone number and email address up to date. Otherwise, you can’t use B On Track effectively.

You can change your details at any time from your dashboard.

How can I cancel B On Track?

B On Track is a fixed-term contract and is effective until the termination of the last active loan agreement, or until you cancel your subscription and terminate the service beforehand. Please note: Once you’ve accepted the Terms and Conditions and signed up for the service, we will activate B On Track.

You can terminate B On Track at any time. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact our support team via our Support page. You don’t have to pay the next monthly fee for B On Track if you canceled it before the next repayment date.

If you cancel your subscription during the 14-day cancelation period, Bondora is entitled to claim compensation for the value of what was delivered to you with B On Track in proportion to what was delivered up to the time when you canceled your subscription to B On Track.
