How do we identify the customer?
We first identify the customer based on their email address. Please note: Bondora has the right to ask additional questions and evidence. For example, we may ask you to provide a copy of your identity document or proof of your residential address or phone number. We do this to protect your account and identity.
If you send an email to us from an unregistered email address, we may ask you for a copy of your identity document.
If you want to change your residential address in your Bondora account, please provide us with an invoice (such as a rental invoice or telephone bill) showing your name and new residential address. The invoice must not be older than three months. We can then make the changes for you.
If for any reason, you are unable to change the phone number in your Bondora account yourself, you can send us a phone bill showing your name and new phone number so we can make the changes for you. Please note: The invoice must not be older than three months.
