How do I create a new password?
If you've forgotten your password, you can follow these steps to create a new one:
- Go to the Bondora homepage, and scroll down to click on the "Did you forget your password?" button at the bottom of the page.
- To reset your password, enter your registered email address and click "Continue".
- You'll receive an email in your inbox with a link to change your password. If you haven't received the email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder. Open the email and click on the link "Change your password here". This link is only valid for 5 minutes. Please enter your new password and confirm it. Your new password has been saved, and you'll be logged in to your Bondora account.
