How do I change my contact details?
To change your contact details, such as your email address, phone number, home address, etc., follow these steps:
- Log in to your Bondora account, click on your name in the top right corner and select "My Account". Here you can change your email address, phone number, bank account information or language preference. Save your changes. You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes to confirm that the changes were implemented successfully.
- To change your phone number, enter your new number and click "Save". If you can't change your phone number, please contact our customer support from the form below this article, and add a phone bill showing your name and number. The invoice must not be older than three months.
- You can also change your account password on the same page. To do this, first, enter your old password, then choose a new password and click "Change password".
- To change your home address, please contact our customer support and provide an invoice that was sent to your new postal address and where your name and address are visible. If you do not have any invoices to send, you can use a lease agreement or a document certifying real estate purchase.
