If you struggle to change your phone number or any other personal details, please write to our Support team via the form below. Remember to attach a phone bill showing your name and number. The invoice must not be older than three months.
To change your home address, please contact our customer support via the form below. (You can check which address we have on record on your loan contract). Please provide an invoice that was sent to your new address where your name and address are visible. If you do not have any invoices to send, you can use a lease agreement or a document certifying the real estate purchase.
